The hotel is situated in a very calm and peaceful setting.
I was disappointed with the lack of sun beds available by the pool. it was uncomfortable sitting on the ground. Additionally, the wifi in our room was extremely weak while there was no proximity to town, making it feel quite isolated. The room itself was smaller than I expected, which was disappointing given the pictures I had seen online.

The unique setting among beautiful gardens and citrus trees gave our stay a tranquil atmosphere. However, the limited dinner options during off-season made dining challenging.

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
I loved my stay! The eclectic hotel design blended Scandinavian and Japonais styles, creating a unique ambiance throughout. The private balcony in my Superior Double or Twin Room offered amazing views of the castle, especially enchanting at night. Plus, the dining experience was a highlight, with a delicious seven-course gastronomic tasting menu that was really good.

The stay at Mont-Sant was exceptional, featuring beautiful Spanish villa-style architecture and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms are extremely clean, stylish, and provide balconies that overlook the lush gardens filled with citrus trees. Dining at the in-house restaurant is a treat, as they offer delicious meals including excellent breakfast options and flavorful lunch and dinner choices. The staff is professional and accommodating, further enhancing the overall experience.
The towels provided were thinner than those typically found in higher-end accommodations.

great location but limited dining options
The location was truly exceptional, nestled within beautiful gardens that provided a serene atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the spacious Superior Double or Twin Room, which had a lovely balcony where I could savor my morning coffee. The restaurant prepared delicious meals, and the dinner service was attentive and welcoming.
The limited dining options outside of breakfast made finding meals challenging during my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The views from our room were incredible, overlooking both the town and the castle. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The hotel features beautiful gardens and a lovely pool area, perfect for relaxation. The terrace offered stunning views, and the spacious room was well-designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, during my visit, I faced weak wifi connectivity, and the dining options remained limited, which made it challenging to find meals. Also, a few sunbeds by the pool would have been a nice addition, as sitting on the ground wasn't ideal.

Fabulous location set within beautiful gardens, allowing easy access to the castle. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony providing spectacular views and a cozy seating area. Breakfast included freshly cooked eggs and a variety of pastries, perfectly complementing the serene atmosphere.
